1. Preparation for mass production
Many of the nodes of the process are to prepare for mass production, but it is not useful to look at the samples alone.
For example, the dimensional inspection in the molding process should include FAI and CPK, as shown in the figure:
FAI is to prove: this is the right part/product.
CPK is to prove: subsequent mass production can also ensure stable quality.
Only first do these two points, the subsequent mass production, in order to test the key dimensions can become the basis for quality and stability.
